Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated by third-party means and may differ from actual shipping cost. You will be notified by email of the actual shipping cost that will be charged to your payment method.
Freight Costs
Items that need to be shipped via freight (typically drums and totes) may include additional charges assessed after checkout.
Shipping Times
Shipping times via USPS, UPS, or FedEx typically take 4 to 7 days.
Freight shipping times through SAIA, Old Dominion, or other freight carriers could take 7 to 10 days, depending on truck availability.
Local Delivery
We do not offer local delivery.
In-Store Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
Order Status
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ops@biolynceus.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
Returns
We do not accept returns.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ops@biolynceus.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
